2023: Buhari must deal with overambitious APC members, says El-Rufai

The Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has blamed the internal crisis in the All Progressives Congress in the build-up to the 2019 general elections on the desperation of some members who are positioning themselves ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
