A lawyer by name Umar Magaji an ex aide to former Governor of kaduna state  Ramalan Yero is presently being detained by the police at Magajin gari  police station for allegedly  raping a 16 year old girl at Angwan Rimi,Kaduna state .

Kaduna State free meal programme: 16,000 women vendors to earn N50 per meal


The Kaduna State Government says 16,000 women vendors to be engaged in the state’s free feeding programme for primary school pupils will earn N50 per meal.

Alhaji Shehu Adamu, the state’s Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, stated this on Thursday in Kaduna while interacting with some of the food vendors.

The commissioner said that the programme would be launched on Jan. 17.
